The pros
Easy video download: Whenever one wants to include video on the website and expect it to run straight away, then converting it to flash surely serves the purpose. Even though there are other means these is a proper way of using flash by a web designer.  The file will stream while starting the video running straight away than waiting for the entire file to download.

Perfect photo gallery appeal- A perfect flash animation could change the look of a website when done properly. It is quite clear that a properly placed photo gallery can help show off many photos to visitors to keep them waiting in order to discover more.

The cons
Unavailability of installed flash: Looking through some of website statistics, a few of visitors do not have flash installed so will miss out on whatever element one is presenting to them as flash. This is likely to leave a blank navigation that is a shame to you as the site owner thus affecting traffic to your site.

Slow loading by flash: A large flash animation used to build a page and display various aspects of navigation could be slow and clunky. This could make the reader to keep waiting for the page to load as they look at the animation.

Web development Company Failure to read flash: This is fine if one is just presenting a photo gallery that is only for visual impact, but if the content or navigation is in the flash file, it will be hidden.  This really impacts negatively on the visitors.

Annoying  distracters: adverts can at times do wonders but could at times cause distraction to visitors. This might be annoying to them thus drive them out of the website. Even though it is used to grab attention it could at times be a nuisance to people who like your page. This should not be the case as you still need them.
